On-Site Resident Manager
Must be willing to relocate to Willow Park Townhomes after a successful 90-day probationary period of introduction to the company business practices. A $20 hourly wage will be provided during the probationary period for training purposes. After successful completion of probation period, hourly compensation will be $16 an hour, plus a two-story modern townhome with utilities paid as an additional compensation. Working hours are 6-hours a day, Monday through Friday, & available for after-hours tenant emergencies.
Requirements:
- A thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel, including spreadsheets & formula computation working on a desktop PC computer with a Windows 10 Operating System
- The ability to communicate with an Apple iPhone, which will be provided
- Knowledge of Google Drive & Smartsheet
- Previous real estate experience in rental property management desired
- An insurable DMV record
- Must pass a background check
